About This Role:

Kast Media is looking for a talented Account Executive or Director of Sales to join our Sponsorship team! The Account Executive will be an essential member of our growing sponsorship division responsible for our growing ad revenue business, a division that grew revenues over 80% YOY in 2021. The role represents an opportunity to represent a robust existing book of clients and growth opportunities with both existing and new business. 


  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients and agencies.
  • Manage all aspects of existing client partnerships, including new proposals, negotiation, campaign evaluation, needs, and opportunities for success in growing partnerships with clients and agencies.
  • Manage contracts and renewals.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years media experience (sales, media planning, digital advertising and or strategy roles, etc.) Audio/podcasting experience is a plus. We will consider candidates with more extensive experience for a Director of Sales role
  • Effective verbal, writing, and presentation skills.  
  • Excels at building successful campaign proposals focused on success for clients through a depth of knowledge in understanding the client’s products/services and Kast shows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of Google/Gmail platforms 
  • A passion for podcasting
